An Inside-Out Diamond Setting

These diamond hoop earrings use an inside-out pavé setting. Fifty-two round brilliant diamonds line both the front and inner edge of each hoop. Nine larger stones total 0.26 carats. Forty-three smaller stones add 1.06 carats more. All fifty-two grade VS1 in clarity and G in color. Because both edges carry diamonds, the sparkle continues even when the hoop moves or twists. Most hoop styles only set the outer edge, leaving the inside plain.

A Teardrop Silhouette in Yellow Gold

Each hoop takes a soft, teardrop shape rather than a perfect circle. Thin yellow gold bars connect the outer and inner diamond rows. This ladder-like structure keeps both rows secure and evenly spaced. Meanwhile, small open gaps between each bar let light pass through the hoop. As a result, these diamond hoop earrings feel lighter than a fully solid design would. The teardrop line also elongates the earring visually.

Comfortable Enough for All-Day Wear

At 6.30 grams total, the earrings sit securely without feeling heavy. A friction-back post keeps them in place through daily movement. The teardrop shape follows the natural curve of the earlobe. Consequently, the earrings hang close to the ear rather than swinging outward. Many clients choose this style for its balance of presence and comfort. Pavé-Set by Hand in Our Cairo Workshop

Every diamond on these diamond hoop earrings is pavé-set individually. Nothing is cast with the stones pre-placed. Our team first shapes the yellow gold ladder framework for each hoop. Next, they set all fifty-two diamonds by hand, working from the outer row inward. Because the setting is inside-out, both faces are finished to the same standard. The piece is made entirely in-house, so we can also repair or re-tighten it later. That same workshop can maintain it for years to come. This includes replacing a single stone without disturbing the rest.
